The sector of training traditionally has a very high place value at TRANSA. This means that we can build on a continuously flowing stream of well-trained, skilled employees who are capable of acting. For this reason, the training sector has become a figurehead for our corporate culture. We are currently offering training positions for budding management assistants in freight forwarding, office management assistants or management assistants for computer sciences/information technology, as well as for students of a vocational academy.  You also have the opportunity of professional retraining at TRANSA. The basic prerequisite for training or further training is, however, love for the profession. So that young people have the opportunity of gaining insights into their potential professional field at TRANSA they have the opportunity of doing practical work experience.
