Vocational Training

Conform to our guiding principle the goal of our vocational training is that, in addition to passing the final exam, the trainees become competent and skilled future employees. With our training we therefore strive not only for the classic goal of a quantitative but also a qualitative personnel planning. TRANSA tries to achieve competence with a variety of different measures. In the expert field we look for training cooperation with other freight forwarding companies on a regional level. Seminars and practical operations take place at our headquarters, for example in the sectors of IT/data processing, financial accounting, forwarding controlling or human resources, to elucidate the overall contexts. The focal point of the expert training is the practical instruction. Qualified employees act as “instructors.” In addition to profound expertise, the operating and company-specific knowledge is conveyed as well as practical and methodical skills  developed.
